One of Keller Developments largest projects to date, 4110 Victoria was set to be a 24-plex with over 8400 sqft of commercial space on the main floor. The build was well under construction until a fire broke out on February 17th, 2022. All personnel were evacuated swiftly and emergency crews were on-site within minutes. Unfortunately, the fire had spread so fast the building was unrecoverable.
With the overwhelming support of the community, Keller Developments were able to overcome this disheartening event and the building is now undergoing reconstruction.
